It can efficiently kill gram-positive bacillus and gram-negative bacillus in the water . It is very efficient for deactivation of virus RNA and DNA .It has high disinfection rate with fast speed . The water disinfected with polyiodinated resin , its color , smell and taste will not be interfered . Compared with other bactericidal agent , it has some superiority in its agent type , peoduction technology and disinfection method . It is a good disinfection medium for drinking water .

¡¡¡¡1 Features
¡¡¡¡ The polyiodinated resin is a new disinfection material that is synthesized with chemical and polyiodinated solution , after reaction treatment under certain conditions . It is a No. l class disinfection medium . Its disinfection principle can be briefed as follows : In the twinkling of bacteria protein contacting with polyiodinated resin directly in the water , they should immediately be attacked , deformed , solidified , and their enzyme system are destroyed . And so it makes the bacteria and microorganism killed . Compared with other bactericidal agents , the supreme features of the products are as follows :
¡¡¡¡ •  It can make a quick disinfection with good efficiency . The bacteria and virus can be completely killed . The disinfection rate is about 99.9% .(Filtering time 2-4 seconds )

¡¡¡¡1 Present status of current water purifier and drinking water container
¡¡¡¡ The water purifier and drinking water container on the market (without polyiodinated resin ) , can efficiently improve the water quality and intercept bacteria by mineralizing , magnetizing , softening , activated carbon and filtering membrane . But they still have some problems : The filter screen of the water purifier can only intercept the bacteria on the inner side of the filtering membrane and could not kill them . When the water purifier is not installed , the bacteria in water pipe flows one by one . By when the water purifier is used , masses of bacteria are intercepted on the inner side of the filtering membrane . The bacteria in the filter can gather together in a short time , breed quickly and their quantities will be doubled or redoubled . A mass of bacteria can not only plug up the filtering membrane , but also worsen the water quality in purifier by the bacterial poison and become the second pollution . If you remove a housing of an used water purifier and contact its cartridge with your hand , you can feel it greasy . That is the result of gathering of massive bacteria . If you open the valve of a water purifier in he morning , the water flowing out from the pipe smells stinking . So the specialist has written out , the main problems existing in water purifier and drinking water container are : second pollution and green alga .
¡¡¡¡ If 10g odd of polyiodinated resin are added into water purifier , the situation will be different , the bacteria existing in water , can be killed completely . The slipped or escaped bacteria can also be killed by surplus iodine in the filtered water . So it ensures no second pollution and green alga will produce . And this is a revolutionary change confirmed by specialists
¡¡¡¡1 Design of polyiodinated-resin water purifier
¡¡¡¡ Because the polyiodinated resin is a solid and contact disinfection material , it is very important that the disinfection efficiency is decided by the contact time between water and polyiodinated resin . The longer time the water passes through the polyiodinated resin , the better disinfection efficiency will be achieved .

¡¡¡¡The above Figures shows that Fig .B is incorrect , because the contact time between water and polyiodinated resin is too short and less efficiency will be achieved . The design of Fig .A is more scientific . According to our experiences , the time of the drinking water passing through polyiodinated resin should last for 2-4 seconds , thus a good disinfection efficiency should be achieved . The design of water flow should be : water-mineralizing-magnetizing-polyiodinated resin-activated carbon or activated carbon fiber .
¡¡¡¡1 The relation between iodine contents in polyiodinated polyiodine resin and iodine contents in filtered water
¡¡¡¡ The application of polyiodinated resin in water is not very easy . The problem is the existence of surplus iodine-free iodine , in the filtered water . The more iodine contents in polyiodinated resin , the better disinfection efficiency will be achieved and the more iodine contents in filtered water (exceeding 2ng/L) . In serious condition , even you can see the filtered water turns yellow , you can smell iodine flavor and get iodine taste from it . Apparently the iodine contents in filtered water have gone beyond the limits . No one dares to drink it . If less iodine contents are added into polyiodinated resin , you can see no color , and smell no flavor and no taste in filtered water . But less disinfection efficiency will be achieved and the bacteria could not be killed . Obviously it is a contradiction . To resolve it , the factory must make good cooperation with consumers . We have summed up experiences in practice continuously . The washing water for hospital and kindergarten and aseptic water for factories require that the higher disinfection rate , the better 100% is the best . More iodine contents in water can kill all bacteria in it (Because it is not drinking water ) . It is easy for the manufacturer to do this . But the practice has proved that the application of polyiodinated resin in drinking water is very difficult . The problem can not be solved just by putting a little bit polyiodinated resin into the filter simply . It is necessary for manufacturer to resolve the contradiction of iodine contents and iodine contents in water .
¡¡¡¡ We have collected the similar products abroad through various channels . We got the following data after tests :
¡¡¡¡ Iodine Contents : The iodine contents in polyiodinated resin , test method as per U.S. patent US5639452 [Iodine Resin Disinfectant And Treatment Procedure].
¡¡¡¡ Surplus Iodine Contents : These are surplus iodine contents in the water filtered by polyiodinated resin . The test method of surplus iodine contents , they are tested under the guidance of university professor as per state standards GB8537-87 Iodine Contents In Natural Drinking Spring Water . Put 10g polyiodinated resin into a ¦µ 10mm glass tube , and filter the water at the height of 100mm and flow velocity of 200ml/min .Then get the sample water and have it tested .¡¡¡¡ Disinfection Rate : Get the sample water according to the above test method of surplus iodine contents .Make the bacteria dispersed and cultured and then have it tested .
¡¡¡¡ Specific Gravity : The specific gravity of iodine is 4.93 . The specific gravity of non-exchanged resin with 2% water contents is 0.737 . The heavier specific gravity of polyiodinated , the more iodine contents .
¡¡¡¡1 The counter-measure for reduction of surplus iodine contents
¡¡¡¡ Through continuous groping for many years , this factory has done a lot of work in choice of materials , test of equipments , adjustment of production technology and formulation , comparison with foreign similar products , test of product quality , feedback of consumers' opinions , etc . Each batch of the products were carefully tested and inspected before delivery . Their iodine contents and surplus iodine contents were strictly controlled within optimal targets . According to experiences of Ningbo Qinyuan Environment-Protection £¦ Science-Tech Co., Ltd , a little bit of special resin (This factory can provide it) and activated carbon or activated carbon fiber are put into filtered water , the test shows that the surplus iodine contents in water will be reduced under 0.5 ppm . No iodine taste in the water . The taste of filtered water is approaching the spring water and tastes a little bit sweet .
